These terms govern your use of UtilityBloom. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. The service is not intended for children under 13.
Tools and informational content
The calculators, workflows, templates, guides, and other materials provide general educational estimates and planning support. They are not legal, tax, accounting, medical, investment, credit, or other professional advice. Results depend on the information and assumptions supplied. You are responsible for checking inputs, formulas, assumptions, and outputs before relying on them.
Quite Something Rooms is a planning aid, not professional interior design, architectural, electrical, accessibility, child-safety, or installation advice. Confirm measurements, clearances, materials, prices, availability, retailer terms, and product safety before buying or installing an item.
The optional Rooms visual adviser provides a non-binding comparison from the images and context you choose to submit. It may be incomplete or incorrect and does not inspect hidden conditions. You must have the right to submit the images and must independently verify every material purchase, installation, accessibility, and safety decision.
Your content and review invitations
You retain ownership of creative content you submit. You grant UtilityBloom the limited permission needed to store, process, version, display, and export that content to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights to submit and share it.
Framefold review links provide access to one specified project version. Keep them private and send them only to intended reviewers. Guest comments and approval receipts record production feedback; they do not provide legal clearance, safety approval, or a guarantee that a production is ready.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or burden the service unreasonably, violate another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful or deceptive activity.
Digital products and purchases
Prices and product descriptions shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Digital products are normally delivered electronically after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a working email address and keeping download links secure. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Some private applications are offered as automatically renewing subscriptions. The price and billing interval shown in Stripe Checkout apply before you authorize the subscription. Unless you cancel, Stripe may charge the payment method on file at the start of each new billing period.
You may schedule cancellation for an individual application from your customer account. A scheduled cancellation stops renewal and normally leaves access available through the end of the current paid period. Permanently deleting your account instead cancels its live subscriptions before the local account data is removed and may end access immediately. The Refund Policy governs charges already made.
Intellectual property and licenses
UtilityBloom and its licensors retain ownership of the service, site content, branding, and software. A digital product may include a separate license that governs permitted use of that product. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of UtilityBloom intellectual property or permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or publication except where the included license expressly allows it.
Third-party services and links
The service may rely on or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. UtilityBloom is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, products, or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and products are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted availability. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtilityBloom and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from the service or a product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any nonwaivable consumer protections that apply to you. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
Changes to these terms
Revised terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
